In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, to protect the public health, safety and welfare while ensuring the continued function of the Government, the Borough of Franklin Mayor and Council meeting will be held via Zoom and In-Person at the Borough of Franklin Municipal Building. Public attendance will be required to comply with the all
CDC guidelines.

Any member of the public not attending in person can participate in the meeting which will include a public comment portion must follow the steps below:

4) For individuals who can’t register or dial into the meeting, you may submit written comments/questions by contacting the Clerk via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. prior to the meeting up until August 16, 2022 at 1:00PM. The comments/questions, must include
the individual’s name and address which will be read into the record.

Participation Rules via Zoom:

1) Once connected to the meeting all participants will be placed on “Mute” until the Public Session is opened.
2) Should you like to comment during the Public Session – go to the Resource Button at the lower right screen and click the hands icon or if using a phone dial *9. This will let the meeting organizer know you wish to comment – selection is in the order of the screen.
3) Once invited to speak - Please state your name and address for the record.
